Credential Verification Policy.

A credential is verified only when its public identifier resolves to an issued record whose canonical payload hash and Stella Nova issuer signature validate, whose status remains active, and whose expiration has not passed. A historical record may remain visible after revocation without being represented as currently valid.

Operational Principles

AgenticU favors explicit provenance, minimal privilege, inspectable state transitions, reversible administrative action where possible, and clear distinction between current validity and historical record. Security, privacy, and evidentiary integrity controls apply to both the machine API and administrative interface.
